If you are not fully satisfied with an item received, we offer a return option to ensure fairness and transparency.
Customers are allowed up to four (4) days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for items they find unsatisfactory. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging and receipts.
Please note that all approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking surcharge, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.
In addition, customers are responsible for all return delivery costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
